AGIC empowers girls and young women through programs that nurture leadership, creativity, and innovation. Key initiatives include Leadership Mentorship, Digital Literacy, and Infantpreneurs, which spark early business skills. The Creatives program offers hands-on training in tailoring, knitting, and design. Through the Girls in Business and NextGen Entrepreneurs programs, participants gain practical entrepreneurship skills. AGIC equips girls to lead confidently, explore their talents, and drive positive change within their communities.

This Program Empowers girls to become confident entrepreneurs, equipping them with skills, knowledge, and networks to succeed in business and enhance sustainable economic development, and social impact for girls and their communities.
NextGen Entrepreneurs
The NextGen Entrepreneurs program seeks to equip entrepreneurs, youths and underserved girls and young women like refugees, and survivors of Modern-day slavery ( Child marriage ) and trafficking with in-demand skills for the modern job markets so they can build and grow their Ventures and link them with existing opportunities.
AGIC Safe is an Athena Girls Innovation Compound initiative that ensures girls and young women can learn, innovate, and collaborate in a secure environment. It blends digital safety training, physical security awareness, and emotional support to protect participants online and offline. Through mentorship, privacy skills, and community trust, AGIC Safe empowers the next generation of female innovators to explore their potential boldly and safely, fostering confidence, creativity, and resilience in every participant.
